Conflict is one of the places where social wealth is tested. The way we respond in tension can either erode connection or strengthen it. That is why we invite you to this live session, where you will learn the WISE Method, a simple four step approach for engaging conflict more fruitfully:
- Wait – Pause before reacting and look for clues about what is happening
- Inquire – Ask questions to understand what matters to the person you are trying to connect with
- Surface – Name the interests beneath the words
- Expand – Co create options that work for everyone
This session blends short teaching, guided practice, and reflection so you leave with tools you can use immediately in your work, your community, and your personal life.
