Custom Survey Design for Teams and Organizations

The standard Social Wealth Inventory tells you how individuals build trust, stay motivated, and make sense of complexity. For team and organizational engagements, we can build on the SWI with tailored modules that measure what's specifically at stake in your context.


Every custom survey is designed to answer the questions you're actually trying to answer — not a generic set of questions built for someone else. Typical modules we add for clients include:

Layered on top of the SWI to capture how a specific team works together:

All custom survey work is built and administered through SurveyMonkey or a similar secure platform, with aggregated reporting that protects individual confidentiality. Minimum respondent thresholds are set to ensure no one's responses can be identified.
